Job summary

Ming Yang Glass Trading Sdn Bhd in Kedah is seeking a manufacturing operator to operate and monitor machinery, ensuring smooth production flow and adherence to quality standards.

You will perform routine checks, conduct basic maintenance, record production data, and collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Basic understanding of production monitoring techniques and equipment.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production flow and adherence to quality standards.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production output and identify any deviations from the expected schedule or quality specifications.
• Conduct quality control inspections on finished products, identifying and segregating defective items.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, materials used, and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot production problems and implement solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
