Job summary

Singda Superalloy (M) Sdn Bhd in Johor, Pasir Gudang is seeking production personnel to support daily operations on a 12-hour fixed shift schedule. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and leadership experience is a plus. The role requires willingness to work six days per week and a minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma.

The position emphasizes safety, 6S practices, and hands-on training. EPF/SOCSO benefits are provided along with standard allowances and overtime pay.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production operations in accordance with process standards and production plans.
• Assign and coordinate tasks for team members to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor production processes, discipline, and product quality.
• Identify, resolve, and report production and on-site issues.
• Support production safety and 6S implementation.
• Handle EMS data entry and prepare shift production reports.
• Train and guide team members on operational procedures and safety standards.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Monitor team attendance and manage supplies.
• Assist in product quality analysis and improvement actions.
