Job summary

Deliprompt Food & Beverage Supply Sdn Bhd seeks an Operator (Outbound) to pick, prepare and ship goods accurately according to delivery orders, sales orders and online orders.

You will check name, SKU, quantity and batch before packing, perform sorting, labeling and scanning, ensure correct order ID and tracking, and attach airway bills and documents for courier shipments. Based in Shah Alam, Malaysia, you will maintain a clean outbound area and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare goods according to Delivery Order, sales order, packing list or online order
• Check product name, SKU, quantity, batch number and condition before packing
• Perform sorting, packing, labelling and scanning of goods accurately
• Ensure the correct Order ID, SKU and tracking number are matched before shipment
• Assist in printing and attaching airway bills, labels and other shipping documents
• Arrange completed orders according to courier, delivery route or collection schedule
• Report any shortage, damaged item, incorrect item or packing discrepancy to the Supervisor/HOD immediately
• Assist with stock counting and outbound stock verification when required
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper arrangement of the outbound and packing area
• Follow all Company SOPs, packing procedures, scanning procedures, safety and hygiene requirements
