Job summary

Deliprompt Food & Beverage Supply Sdn Bhd is hiring a Production Operator to carry out production activities in line with the production schedule, SOP and instructions from the Supervisor/HOD. You will operate equipment safely and ensure correct product and batch record keeping.

You will handle raw materials, perform weighing, mixing, filling or packing as assigned, maintain hygiene in the production area, and assist with stock checks and wastage minimisation in a GMP-compliant environment.

Job description

This is a Production Operator role responsible for carrying out production activities according to the production schedule, SOP and instructions from the Supervisor/HOD.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out production activities according to the production schedule, SOP and instructions from the Supervisor/HOD
• Prepare, handle and process raw materials according to the approved formulation, work instruction and production requirements
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and correctly
• Ensure the correct product, batch number, quantity and production records are maintained
• Perform weighing, mixing, filling, packing or other production processes as assigned
• Check product condition and report any abnormality, defect, contamination or production issue immediately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area, equipment and utensils before, during and after production
• Comply with GMP, food safety, hygiene, PPE and Company safety requirements at all times
• Assist with production stock checking, material movement and stock take when required
• Minimize wastage and ensure materials are used efficiently
