The Operator is responsible for carrying out daily cylinder maintenance, inspection, handling, and operational activities to ensure cylinders are safe, compliant, and ready for use. The role requires adherence to the Company's Safety Policy, Quality Manual, procedures, and work instructions while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, housekeeping, and operational efficiency. The Operator also supports the smooth and reliable operation of the cylinder filling and maintenance process.

Responsibilities

• Perform cylinder maintenance activities, including cleaning, painting, valve servicing, hydrostatic testing, and cylinder inspection to ensure cylinders are safe and fit for use.
• Support cylinder handling, sorting, scanning, and material movement activities while ensuring compliance with operational and Trackabout requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of cylinder testing, servicing, complaints, and rejected cylinders.
• Assist in the maintenance of test shop equipment, monitor consumable inventory, and support daily production activities to meet operational schedules.
• Ensure good housekeeping practices and comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements to support a safe and efficient workplace.
