Job summary

Linde Malaysia Sdn Bhd is offering an Industrial Trainee internship in Pasir Gudang, Johor. You will collaborate with experienced engineers to analyze process data, support daily plant operations, troubleshoot, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

While pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, you will gain hands-on exposure to process engineering, safety management, and operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on learning and development in a real-world industrial

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze process data to support operational performance and improvement initiatives.
• Assist in updating and maintaining engineering documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and checklists.
• Support reliability and maintenance-related studies to enhance equipment performance and plant reliability.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence projects.
• Participate in safety observations and SHE initiatives to promote a safe workplace.
