Job summary

Linde Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites an Industrial Trainee to work alongside engineers at Pasir Gudang, Johor. You will support daily plant operations, collect and analyse process data, assist in troubleshooting, and contribute to process improvement projects.

As an intern, you will gain exposure to process engineering, safety management, and continuous improvement while helping drive operational efficiency and plant performance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze process data to support operational performance.
• Assist in updating and maintaining engineering documentation (SOPs, work instructions, checklists).
• Support reliability and maintenance studies to improve equipment performance.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence projects.
• Participate in safety observations and SHE initiatives.
