Do you have what it takes?

• You communicate confidently in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with additional dialects as an added advantage
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with digital systems
• You bring hands‑on customer service experience, delivering professional and responsive support
• You perform well under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• You have SAP knowledge or a willingness to learn, with prior experience being a plus
