Job summary

Adventa Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Selayang, Selangor, is seeking an experienced Operator to join our manufacturing team. This full-time role focuses on running and monitoring equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safe working practices to support timely production.

You will perform routine maintenance, calibrations, quality inspections and document results while collaborating with colleagues to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment in a similar production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Good mechanical aptitude and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and production specifications.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to follow instructions clearly.
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
• Physical capability to perform standing, lifting and repetitive tasks throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Performing routine maintenance and calibration checks on assigned equipment
• Conducting quality inspections on products throughout the manufacturing process and documenting results
• Loading, positioning and securing materials and products on machinery
• Adjusting equipment settings and parameters to maintain production specifications
• Identifying equipment malfunctions or inconsistencies and reporting issues to supervisors or maintenance teams
• Maintaining accurate production records and shift documentation
• Adhering strictly to health, safety and environmental regulations within the manufacturing facility
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Participating in training programmes and safety briefings as required

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operator to join our manufacturing team in Selayang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in our production operations. As an Operator, you will be responsible for running and monitoring manufacturing equipment, ensuring products meet our stringent quality standards whilst maintaining safe working practices. This position is essential to our operational efficiency and directly contributes to the delivery of our healthcare products to market.

• Physical capability to perform standing, lifting and repetitive tasks throughout shifts
• Relevant certification or training in machine operation or manufacturing processes (preferred)
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing (desirable)
