Job summary

Hei Hwang Food Industries (M) Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak is seeking an experienced Operator for a part-time role. You will operate and monitor food processing machines, ensure product quality by following SOPs, and assist with maintenance and cleaning.

You will work with the production team to identify improvements, keep accurate logs, and support inventory management while upholding safety standards and teamwork.

About the role We are seeking an experienced OPERATOR to join our dynamic team at Hei Hwang Food Industries (M) Sdn Bhd' in Ipoh, Perak. This is a part-time role, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

Operating and monitoring various food processing machines and equipment

Ensuring the quality and consistency of products by adhering to standard operating procedures

Performing routine maintenance and cleaning tasks on the machinery

Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements

Maintaining detailed records and logs of machine operations and performance

Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation as needed

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry

Strong technical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret machine instructions and manuals

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to follow standard operating procedures

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Flexibility to work part-time hours as required
