Job summary

Fishergold Food Industries is seeking a Production Operator to perform daily production tasks in a safe, efficient manner in our Penang factory. You will follow SOPs and quality standards while assisting with packing and labeling as needed.

Ideal candidates have SPM or equivalent and some manufacturing experience; you should be reliable, team-oriented and able to work in a production environment. Overtime opportunities and company benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Manufacturing/production experience is an advantage.
• Able to follow instructions and SOP.

The Production Operator is responsible for carrying out daily production activities according to production schedules, work instructions, safety requirements, hygiene standards, and quality specifications. The role ensures products are produced efficiently, safely, and according to the required quantity and quality standards.
