Job summary

Fishergold Food Industries is seeking a Production Operator to perform daily production tasks in a safe, efficient manner in our Penang factory. You will follow SOPs and quality standards while assisting with packing and labeling as needed.

Ideal candidates have SPM or equivalent and some manufacturing experience; you should be reliable, team-oriented and able to work in a production environment. Overtime opportunities and company benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Manufacturing/production experience is an advantage.
• Able to follow instructions and SOP.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily production activities.
• Operate machines and equipment safely.
• Follow SOP, safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Meet daily production targets.
• Report defects, issues or shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist in packing, labeling and cleaning when required.
