Job summary

Yatai Technology Sdn. Bhd. in Johor Bahru is seeking a deburring and finishing operator. The role involves removing burrs, polishing, and inspecting machined parts to meet drawing requirements.

You will use hand tools, rotary tools, grinders and polishing equipment, read engineering drawings, and work independently or in a team. Overtime and shift work may be required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in deburring, polishing, or metal finishing is preferred.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to read engineering drawings is beneficial.
• Willing to work overtime and shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface defects from machined parts.
• Deburr and finish parts using hand and power tools.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet drawing and quality requirements.
• Read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Handle precision components carefully to prevent damage.
• Report quality issues or defects to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area (5S).
• Follow company safety and quality procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
