About the role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Operator to join our manufacturing facility in Batu Kawan, Penang. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations. This position is integral to our production team, directly contributing to meeting quality standards, production targets and operational excellence. You will work on-site at our facility, playing a key part in the daily operations of our manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in accordance with operational procedures and safety guidelines
• Conduct regular checks and inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and identify any potential issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements to supervisors
• Monitor production output and product quality to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications
• Adjust machine settings and parameters as required to maintain production efficiency and product quality
• Load raw materials and remove finished products in accordance with production schedules
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, downtime and any incidents or safety concerns
• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations within the manufacturing environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisory staff to support smooth daily operations

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role within a production environment
• Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain industrial machinery safely and effectively

• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices within manufacturing
