Job summary

Sirijaya Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Ipoh. You will operate machinery, perform assembly, packaging, labeling, and ensure quality while meeting production targets.

The role requires ability to follow instructions, basic math, and willingness to work in shifts. You will maintain a clean, safe workspace and collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Secondary school qualification.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience in operating manufacturing machinery is an advantage.
• Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English, both verbal and written.
• Possess basic mathematical skills.
• Willingness to work on shift schedules.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery in compliance with SOPs and work instructions.
• Achieve production targets in line with schedule while meeting quality standards.

• Adhere to all company policies, rules, and procedures.
• Report equipment faults, process deviations, or abnormalities to supervisor.
• Support and perform production-related tasks as required.
• Comply with safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Carry out manual handling duties including lifting, moving, and organizing raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Execute assembly, packaging, and labeling activities accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by the supervisor or Management as needed.
