Job summary

Misarma is seeking an Operation Worker to support daily production and warehouse tasks. The role focuses on safe, efficient work that meets quality standards and follows supervisor guidance.

You will assist with workflow, report non-conformities, and help maintain housekeeping and asset care across work areas. SPM or equivalent and 1–2 years site/warehouse experience are preferred, with basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalents.
• 1 or 2 years of working experience at site or warehouse operations.
• Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge in handling equipment, workplace safety practices.
• Strong work ethic with a responsible and disciplined attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all assigned operational tasks in a timely, accurate, and safe manner.
• To ensure every work schedule is met without delay.
• Support daily production activities as instructed by the supervisor.
• Monitor and ensure conformance to quality and safety requirements throughout all assigned work.
• Immediately report any non-conformities, defects, or unsafe conditions to the Operation Supervisor.
• Adhere strictly to company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational guidelines.
• Always maintain proper housekeeping of working areas.
• Ensure safe keeping of company tools, equipment, and assets while performing tasks.
• Assist in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the workplace environment.
• Provide feedback to the supervisor on work progress, constraints, delays, or issues encountered.
• Ensure accurate execution of instructions and job requirements according to company standards.
• Support team operations and participate in any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Any other duties assigned by superior or management from time to time.

The Operation Worker is responsible for carrying out daily operational tasks to support the smooth running of production and warehouse activities. This role ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards. The Operation Worker assists the Operation Supervisor in maintaining workflow, identifying non-conformities, and ensuring proper housekeeping and asset care within the work areas. The position requires discipline, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks. In addition, the incumbent shall perform other ad-hoc tasks or assignments as directed by the superior or Management from time to time.
