Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, process improvement, or project coordination, preferably from a technology company.
• Strong ability to break down complex processes into clear, structured steps.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business users and developers.
• Practical proficiency with AI tools, including writing effective prompts, refining outputs, and validating results.
• Familiarity with workflow mapping, business requirements, and UAT.

Responsabilités

• Workflow Mapping: Work with operational teams to understand and document end-to-end processes; create step-by-step workflow maps; maintain updated process docs.
• Requirements Gathering: Gather and clarify requirements from business users and stakeholders; translate into logical business requirements for developers.
• Testing and Continuous Improvement: Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing; identify bottlenecks and usability issues; propose improvements.
• AI-Enabled Productivity: Use AI tools to support workflow analysis and documentation; identify opportunities to simplify repetitive work through AI and automation.
