Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur invites applications for Strategy, VOC & Business Analysis Officer to help shape AI-driven SaaS strategy, VOC feedback, and cross-functional initiatives. You will support executives with research, prepare reports, and coordinate projects.

The role covers business analysis, process mapping, BI insights, and applying AI tools to improve productivity. Fresh graduates welcome; strong English and Chinese communication and solid MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, CS, or related disciplines.
• Excellent Chinese and English communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, PMO or Customer Success is an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• AI familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Strategy & Executive Support: Conduct business research, prepare executive reports, and coordinate strategic initiatives.
• Voice of Customer (VOC): Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Business Analysis: Analyse business processes, prepare documentation, and map customer journeys.
• Project & PMO Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional projects, track milestones, and prepare status reports.
• Business Intelligence & Performance Analysis: Analyse business performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
• AI Productivity & Process Improvement: Leverage AI tools to improve research, reporting, and productivity.
