Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Shah Alam seeks an experienced operations supervisor to manage daily department activities, drive productivity and enforce discipline. You will lead teams, monitor performance against goals, and support a fast-paced logistics environment.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or related field, with 3–5 years in operations or team leadership.

• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in operations or team management.

• Ensure execution of daily operations within the department

• Communicate with vendors/suppliers regarding shipment dispatch, routing, pricing, and rates
