Job summary

Carsome is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations Support (Operations) in Malaysia. You will oversee administrative operational matters at the Experience Center, reporting to the Branch Manager and dotted line to Country Retail Operations.

You will develop process improvement plans, track orders to ensure bookings become deliveries, monitor loan processing to disbursement, and train the Branch Support Admins to meet SLAs while enforcing data accuracy in the CMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance, business, or economics.
• Strong numeracy and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and action plans for Branch Operation process improvement.
• Track orders with consultants and branch staff to ensure bookings translate to delivery.
• Monitor in-processing activities from loan applications to disbursements.
• Train Branch Support Admins to meet timelines and service level targets.
• Enforce data compliance and accuracy within CMS for all entries.
• Coordinate fleet movement for booked inventory between Experience Centers.
• Liaise with marketing officers regarding loan submissions and disbursements.
• Collect cash payments via cards and settle with banks.
• Ensure retail SOP adherence and timely reporting to management.
• Prepare PR/PO invoices and manage petty cash reimbursements.
