Job summary

Carsome Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations Support to oversee administrative operations at the Experience Center, reporting to Branch Manager. You will develop improvement plans and coordinate loan processing flows to ensure orders translate into delivery.

Additionally, you will monitor in-processing from loan applications to disbursements, manage cash handling and data accuracy, and liaise with banks and marketing to support timely disbursements and revenue integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics.
• 5 years of related working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving skills and pay attention to details.
• Ability to multitask and work as a team to support staff and colleagues.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and action plans for Branch Operation process improvement.
• Track Customer’s Orders with CARSOME Consultants and Branch Support Admins to ensure delivery.
• Monitor In-Processing activities from loan applications to disbursements.
• Train and develop Branch Support Admin to meet TAT & SLA.
• Enforce data compliance and accuracy within CMS for all entries.
• Liaise on fleet movement for booked inventory between Experience Centers.
• Follow-up with Marketing Officers regarding loan submissions including disbursements.
• Collect cash payments via card payments and perform bank settlements.
• Ensure retail operation processes adhere to Retail SOP.
• Prepare PR/PO for invoices charged by panel vendors to Finance.
• Co-manage petty cash to capture branch expenses and reimbursements.
• Encourage automation by submissions of loans using banks’ e-dealers/e-portals.
• Advocate usage and tracking of CMS vouchers and discounts.
• Perform e-auto transfers to complete ownership transfers when necessary.
• Ensure reports required by Management are produced timely and accurately.
• Participate in other company activities as assigned.
