Job summary

Carsome is seeking an Executive, Branch Support Admin to join our team in Malaysia. You will serve as the main contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Preferably Certificate/ Diploma / Degree in any disciplines or SPM/ O-Level with relevant experience.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in Sales Admin in the automotive industry.
• Good communications and teamwork.
• Good connections with financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Coordinate with external parties, support ground operations, maintain retail and environment outlook, update documents and order lists, handle payments and receipts.
• Inventory Management: Manage retail car keys and stock measurement.
• Documentation Support: Collect, verify, and store documents; upload dealer collection and vehicle documents; assist cheque handling and bank transfers; handle seller transactions; receive handover cars from branches & dealer collections.
