Job summary

CARSOME is seeking a Branch Support Admin to act as the primary contact for customer queries about products, orders and deliveries, and to back the sales team with administrative tasks.

You will coordinate with external parties, manage documents, handle payments, and support inventory and documentation processes across branches in Malaysia. A Diploma or Certificate is preferred with 1–2 years of sales admin experience in the automotive sector.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years working experience in Sales Admin in the automotive industry.
• Preferably Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: coordinate with external parties (insurance, ownership transfer) and support ground operations.
• Inventory Management: monitor key management and stock measurement; manage retail car keys and trade plates.
• Documentation Support: collect, verify, and store documents; prepare dealer collection documents and upload vehicle documents.
• Cheque handling and bank transfers assistance; manage receipts and petty cash.
• Assist in receiving handover cars from branches and dealer collections; print receipts and related documents.
