Job summary

Carsome is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations Support to manage administrative and operational matters at the Experience Centers. You will report to the Branch Manager and support retail operations, ensuring bookings translate to delivery and maintaining data integrity across CMS.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related experience, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics.
• 5 years of related working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and action plans for Branch Operation process improvement.
• Track customer orders with consultants and Branch Support Admins to ensure delivery.
• Monitor in-processing activities from loan applications to disbursements.
• Train Branch Support Admin to meet TAT & SLA and maintain data accuracy.
• Co-manage petty cash and settle invoices with vendors.
