6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Testing and UAT professional to ensure seamless technology changes through thorough testing, training, and documentation. You will work on AS400/Mainframe, Internet/Mobile Banking, Cards and Channels applications and lead test activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years in financial testing, with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in testing, preferably in financial institutions.
• Proficiency in testing life cycle: test planning, design, execution and defect management.
• Experience with AS400/Mainframe, Internet/Mobile Banking, Cards and Channels is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Understand business requirements and translate into test cases and UAT plans.
• Prepare test cases using TOSCA or other bank-approved tools.
• Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases.
• Engage business/users to review test cases and incorporate feedback.
• Identify scenarios for test automation with the Automation Lead.
• Execute manual and automated tests per UAT plan and test strategy.
• Report defects and participate in defect management and retesting.
• Review UAT results and publish test metrics.
• Provide operational readiness support and training for new systems.
• Provide post-implementation support to operations users.
