6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Test Program Manager to lead domain-wide testing strategies and operations within the financial services sector in Malaysia. You will oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and performance metrics while guiding multiple test managers and teams of 20+ resources.

The role requires 15+ years in software testing, at least 5 years in leadership, and a strong track record in core banking and cards systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software testing and QA experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale testing programs.
• Proven track record in financial services, core banking and cards systems.
• Experience managing multiple test managers and teams of 20+ resources.
• Expertise in budget management, vendor handling, and performance management.
• Familiar with Agile/Waterfall, test automation frameworks, and enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead domain-wide test strategy and tools.
• Deliver test services with operational excellence across projects.
• Monitor quality metrics like defect leakage and test coverage.
• Review artefacts from service vendors.
• Communicate scope changes and plan impact.
• Ensure compliance with Test Governance Framework and audits.
• Report test status and risk at executive level.
• Escalate major quality or testing issues.
• Manage domain test budget and resources.
• Coordinate shared test resources across projects.
• Vendor performance reviews.
• Identify cross-domain testing risks.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and tooling.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC processes and defect tracking.
