• Oversee and manage the hotel's daily operations.
• Supervise and lead hotel staff and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and hotel presentation.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Monitor hotel occupancy, revenue, expenses, and overall performance.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, attendance, and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, government agencies, and other business partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve hotel operations, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
