Qualifications

• Experience in tourism, destination management, travel operations or related industry is an advantage.
• Qualification in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is desirable.
• Fluent in local language with intermediate to advanced written and spoken English; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Coordinate guide assignments, tour logistics, and operational requirements for bookings.
• Confirm reservations, suppliers, and third‑party services; update information in systems.
• Prepare touring and transfer documentation; provide clear operational briefings to guides and field teams.
• Monitor operational changes; communicate updates promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer support; manage complaints and incidents with a solution‑focused approach.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
