• Ensure business operations comply with company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage and guide subordinates in work allocation and task execution.
• Conduct team training, performance evaluations, and regular staff assessments.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration to improve overall execution and efficiency.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data.
• Prepare regular operational reports to provide management with relevant information and support for decision-making.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive the implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Identify operational issues and risks and propose appropriate improvement solutions.
• Drive process optimization and standardization to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Handle operational incidents and unexpected issues to ensure business continuity.
• Ensure the proper allocation and utilization of operational resources.
• Assist in controlling operational costs and improving resource utilization.
• Ensure appropriate allocation of materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
• Support the company in achieving business objectives and completing special projects as required.
