Job summary

KS FIRE & SAFETY ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations teams, oversee project delivery and maintenance activities. The role requires practical leadership with strong technical knowledge to manage people, coordinate site work and ensure jobs are completed safely, on time and to the required standards.

Key responsibilities include supervising installation, servicing, maintenance, testing and commissioning, coordinating with clients and authorities,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• Experience in fire protection, building services or engineering operations.
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
• Able to read technical drawings and project documentation.
• Willing to travel to project sites and manage multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including installation, servicing, maintenance, testing and commissioning.
• Lead and supervise team leaders, engineers, technicians and subcontractors.
• Plan manpower, schedules, materials and equipment to meet requirements.
• Monitor progress, quality and costs; resolve site issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and authorities.
• Ensure service reports and completion documents are submitted on time.
• Report performance and improvement plans to Management.
