Job summary

Ocean Kinabalu Sdn Bhd in Sabah is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate overall operations and project activities in our oil & gas services.

You will plan manpower, equipment, materials, and mobilization; monitor progress, productivity, and costs; and lead the operations team to meet targets while ensuring HSE compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, Management or related field.
• Experience in Oil & Gas / Inspection / Engineering services.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of project and manpower management.
• Willing to travel and support project mobilization when required.
