Job summary

Valiram in Malaysia is seeking an Operations Manager to elevate retail excellence across our boutiques. You will lead store operations, enforce SOPs, safeguard assets, and ensure seamless customer experiences by coordinating with Store Managers and cross‑functional teams.

The role focuses on inventory control, security, facilities coordination, and workforce planning, with travel to outlets as needed. Candidates should have 5+ years in luxury retail operations or multi‑store management and hold

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related retail experience, including at least 3 years in retail operations, store management or multi-store support.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Luxury watches, jewellery or premium retail experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, stock movements and audit processes.
• Willing to travel across boutiques, including outstation travel, weekends and urgent operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent retail operations and SOP compliance across assigned boutiques.
• Oversee inventory, stock movements and asset control to maintain accuracy and minimise losses.
• Maintain strong security, safety, audit and risk control standards.
• Coordinate store maintenance, facilities, logistics and operational support.
• Monitor workforce planning, store coverage and operational readiness.
• Support store projects, activations, renovations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Store Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and drive timely follow-through.
• Provide regular operational reporting, identify risks and recommend practical improvements.
