Valiram is a leading Southeast Asian luxury retailer with a portfolio spanning fashion, accessories, timepieces and cosmetics. We seek a Customer Experience Manager in Malaysia to elevate the store’s selling floor and lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional service.

You will develop sales strategies, coach leaders, maintain product knowledge, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Strong communication, delegation and people management skills.
• Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical thinking.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office and email.
