Job summary

BH Packaging Supplies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking personnel to manage store and warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, and issued efficiently. You will maintain stock records, conduct regular counts, and implement FIFO practices to minimize discrepancies.

Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, maintaining labeling accuracy, and ensuring safety and housekeeping standards across the storage area.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders and purchase orders.
• Organize, store, and maintain stock systematically in the store or warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and ensure inventory records are accurate.
• Issue goods to departments or customers according to approved requests.
• Perform periodic stock take and apply FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Ensure proper labeling and identification of all stored items.
• Maintain proper documentation for goods received, issued, and returned.
• Update inventory records and prepare stock reports for management review.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the store/warehouse area.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper handling of materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
• BH Packaging Supplies specialise in disposable products such as napkin, take away container, cutlery, cups, cleaning chemical, thermal roll and more. Besides, we focuses more in enviromentally friendly products such as straw made from corn and take away box made from sugercane.
