Job summary

ATS Global in Malaysia is seeking an Operations Manager to own performance across engineering, projects, service delivery, finance, procurement and office operations. This senior role demands hands-on leadership of multidisciplinary teams and end-to-end delivery of mission-critical projects.

You will shape operations, drive QA/QC, manage risks and costs, and collaborate with clients and vendors across Asia. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in system integration, automation, infrastructure or related project environments.
• Strong experience in Operations Management / Project Management / Engineering Management.
• Proven experience with systems integration / solution delivery.
• Background in BMS, EMS, PLC, SCADA, DCIM or OT systems.
• Experience with large-scale construction, commissioning or Data Centre projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Ability to manage scope, time, cost, quality and risk across complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation or a related discipline.
• Professional experience in Malaysia is essential.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willingness to travel within Asia when required.
