Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of our Labuan branch to ensure smooth functioning.
• Achieve targets for order volume, revenue, and overall performance.
• Recruit, train, and motivate drivers and staff to boost activity.
• Collaborate with customers to improve service and resolve issues.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns, partnerships, and promotions.
• Build strong relationships with local businesses and stakeholders.
• Oversee office operations and support team development.
• Analyze performance data and develop strategies for improvement.
• Coordinate with government, partners, and contractors.
• Monitor competitors, identify market opportunities, and strengthen our position.
• Support additional projects aligned with business growth.
