You will drive campaigns, mentor teams, and collaborate with cross-functional managers to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment at our Johor Bahru office.

Qualifications

• Minimum B2 level proficiency in Chinese.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, management, or marketing.
• Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring capabilities.
• Experience in advertising, promotional campaigns, and brand expansion (preferred).
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals.
• Lead advertising, promotional campaigns, and affiliate marketing initiatives.
• Create detailed work plans, timelines, and performance metrics; monitor progress.
• Collaborate with managers across departments to ensure alignment and achievement of objectives.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to cultivate a positive work environment.
• Drive profitability through operational efficiencies, cost management, and revenue strategies.
• Pilot innovative initiatives and implement successful concepts.
• Ensure activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
• Establish and review KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.
