Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a General Manager, Business Development Cum Operations to lead nationwide franchise expansion and oversee day-to-day outlet performance and profitability. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in senior management, proven P&L management, and strong skills in strategic planning, partnerships, and team leadership; travel for site visits will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8–10 years in senior management in BD/ops/franchise.
• Proven P&L management, growth and multi-site leadership.
• Franchise development and partner management experience.
• Knowledge of SOP development, compliance audits and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, strategic planning, profitability and KPI targets.
• Oversee day-to-day outlet performance, inventory and SOPs.
• Drive franchise development including recruitment and expansion.
• Manage onboarding: site selection, setup, openings and readiness.
• Develop SOPs, franchise systems, audits and training frameworks.
• Audit outlets, review performance with partners and plan improvements.
• Identify market trends and new opportunities in auto detailing sectors.
• Build partnerships and coordinate cross-functional support to boost ROI.
• Drive revenue growth, business development strategies and market presence.
• Manage franchise agreements, licensing, renewals and documentation.
• Oversee staff performance, incentives and people development.
