Job summary

Jump Retail Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our operations in the Selangor area. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across projects and drive efficiency within a large in-store brand-building network.

The role demands a hands-on leader who can manage multiple priorities, maintain high quality standards, and adapt to a fast-changing retail environment, including irregular hours such as weekends.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in a technical/design discipline.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with numbers and costing.
• Flexible, adaptable and resilient under pressure.
• Willing to work irregular hours including weekends.
