Job summary

MTSC Solution Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multi-site administration, engineering support, ISO compliance, and facilities management.

The role requires coordinating across locations and driving efficiency across inventory, shipping, and logistics. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop SOPs, and champion process improvements with a hands-on leadership style and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple teams or functions.
• Strong in problem-solving, process improvement, and SOP development.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial, technology, or project-based environments is an advantage.
• Hands-on leader with strong people and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Administration & Multi-Office Operations across locations to ensure smooth, efficient processes.
• Provide Engineering Administration support to engineering teams and align with project needs.
• Strengthen ISO compliance, discipline, and continuous improvement across operations.
• Manage Facilities, company drivers, and supporting resources effectively.
• Improve coordination, visibility, and efficiency in Inventory, Shipping & Logistics.
• Drive process improvement, build systems, and enhance overall operational excellence.
