Job summary

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations, Logistics or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication and Excel skills, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Operations, Logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience; operations or team supervision preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and solve day-to-day operational issues.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for Logistics, Service Team and Sales Admin
• Coordinate delivery schedules, service jobs and customer orders to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor team performance, attendance, workload and work progress
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales and other departments when necessary
• Handle operational issues, customer complaints and follow up on outstanding matters
• Monitor delivery, service and order records to ensure accuracy
• Prepare simple operational reports and provide updates to Management
• Identify areas for improvement and assist in improving daily work processes
