Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku seeks an operations leader to coach a small team and drive hands-on excellence in daily processes. You will oversee EKYC/AML workflows, audits, and documentation, while building scalable SOPs and control mechanisms.

You will map workflows, pilot AI tools, and implement automation to boost efficiency, accuracy, and risk management. Strong collaboration and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in fintech, digital lending, or banking back-office operations.
• 2+ years supervising a hands-on team.
• Solid grasp of KYC, loan documentation workflows, and AML requirements.
• Proven ability to automate processes and drive measurable improvements.
• Strong coaching, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage 3–5 operations team members with accountability.
• Hands-on involvement in daily operations, EKYC/AML reviews, and audits.
• Set standards, checklists, and SOPs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Map workflows, pilot AI tools, and implement automation to improve efficiency.
• Build dashboards and prepare reports; track KPIs, turnaround times, and SLAs.
