Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku is seeking an operations leader to guide a small team in daily fintech operations, including EKYC/AML screenings, audits, and documentation. You will map processes, implement AI-enabled improvements, and develop reporting dashboards to monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration across functions, and a data-driven approach with Excel, SQL or Power BI proficiency.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in fintech, digital lending, or banking back-office operations
• 2+ years supervising a hands-on team
• Solid grasp of KYC, loan documentation workflows, and AML requirements
• Proven ability to automate processes and implement measurable improvements
• Strong coaching, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data‑driven mindset with Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools (SQL/Power BI a plus)

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage 3–5 operations team members, direct involvement in EKYC/AML screenings and monthly audits
• Map workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and implement AI tools and automation
• Prepare external stakeholder documentation and build dashboards to track KPIs and SLA compliance
