Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Operations and IT Manager to lead the Operations team, overseeing programme operations, logistics, stock, and IT support. The role reports to the CEO and manages four Operations staff within an organization of about 32 employees.

It requires strong operational leadership, inventory experience, and working knowledge of IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/IT/operations or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience with team management.
• Strong stock, inventory, and logistics experience.
• Experience with LMS or digital learning platforms a plus.
• Experience managing external IT vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of four Operations staff.
• Oversee end-to-end programme scheduling and training coordination.
• Coordinate ~10 facilitators and external consultants for client programmes.
• Manage stock, inventory, and logistics for training materials.
• Oversee office facilities, maintenance, and access control.
• Support day-to-day IT operations including Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, and coordinate with external IT vendors.
• Maintain IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee admin for LMS and digital learning platforms, including learner access and reporting.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and asset handover.
• Support HR and regulatory matters with authorities and visa processes where required.
