Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and coordinate end-to-end projects. The role requires 3+ years in operations or project management, with logistics/import-export exposure preferred, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will ensure efficient processes, manage inventories, and liaise with suppliers and clients to sustain performance and growth.

Qualifications

• ,Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or a similar role (logistics import/export preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with project management software applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate and execute projects from initiation to completion, meeting deadlines and budget.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients to maintain strong business relationships.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring optimal availability of premium gifts.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on operational performance and project progress for management review.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
