Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Operations & IT Manager to lead the Operations team and oversee programme operations, logistics, stock and inventory management, IT support, digital learning platforms, facilities, and HR activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong operations, stock, inventory and logistics experience with practical IT knowledge and the ability to coordinate with external IT vendors. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience and leadership skills are preferred.

We are looking for a hands-on Operations & IT Manager to lead the Operations team and oversee programme operations, logistics, stock and inventory management, IT support, digital learning platforms, facilities, and selected HR activities. The ideal candidate should have strong operations, stock, inventory and logistics experience, together with good practical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and cybersecurity. The candidate does not need to be an IT specialist but should be sufficiently experienced to manage day-to-day IT requirements and coordinate effectively with external IT vendors.
Lead and manage a team of 4 Operations staff.
Manage end-to-end programme scheduling, training coordination and operational support.
Coordinate approximately 10 facilitators and external consultants, including scheduling and assignment to client programmes.
Provide operational support to the Sales, Public Programmes, Education, Mandarin and Government teams once programmes are secured.
Manage stock, inventory and logistics, including training materials, books, programme kits, storage, stock control and delivery arrangements.
Liaise with printers, couriers, logistics providers and other operational vendors.
Develop, implement and continuously improve operational SOPs and processes.
Oversee office facilities, maintenance, service providers and the door-access system.
Manage operational matters involving HRD Corp, Ministry of Finance (MOF), Immigration and other relevant authorities, including visa applications where required.
Manage training agreements in liaison with client organizations and the company's legal counsel to ensure contracts are properly finalized.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably with team management responsibilities.
Strong experience in stock, inventory management and logistics is essential.
Strong operational planning, coordination and problem-solving capabilities.
Practical working knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and IT governance.
Experience managing external IT vendors and service providers.
Experience developing and implementing SOPs and process improvements.
Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
