Job summary

Infinity Wave Sdn Bhd in Sunway Iskandar Puteri is seeking an Operations Intern to support the Director of Business Operations with day-to-day tasks across HR, operations, and vendor coordination.

You will gain hands-on exposure to how a growing SaaS company runs, from admin to recruitment coordination, under supervision. This onsite internship offers mentorship and a potential pathway to future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Proactive, able to take initiative and manage tasks independently once trained
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
• Able to commit to a minimum 3-month internship, onsite
• Possess driving license and able to travel to our office in Sunway Citrine Hub

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative and documentation tasks across HR and operations
• Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
• Help organize and maintain operational records
• Assist with basic recruitment coordination tasks (scheduling, tracking applicants)
• Assist with general office/team operations tasks as needed
• Take on small, defined projects to build practical operations experience
