Job summary

DD Online Services & Enterprise offers an Admin / Operations Intern role in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia, with a monthly allowance of RM800–RM1,000 and a 3–6 month duration. The internship provides hands-on experience in administration, operations, reporting and SOP implementation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Certificate, Diploma or Degree.
• Students in Business, Administration, HR, Management, Logistics, Engineering or related fields are welcome.
• Basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
• Internship period of 3–6 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration and documentation.
• Update Excel / Google Sheet records.
• Support operational and maintenance reporting.
• Assist with SOP checklists and filing.
• Follow up simple operational tasks.
• Help organise records and documents.
• Support recruitment and candidate coordination.
• Assist management with daily administrative work.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement activities.
