The internship offers exposure to e-commerce operations, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading data and analytics group. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the role focuses on order status, delivery tracking, and inventory review by SKU and brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong numerical aptitude.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to meet timelines consistently; familiarity with Lazada, Shopee and local marketplaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review status of customers orders fulfillment - Daily.
• Review status of delivery by supplier - Daily.
• Review status of inventory by SKU by brand - Daily.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Supplier & Operations team (through discussions / phone calls & or email): Daily Operations task & Priority; Ordering from supplier; Follow up issues Commercial Campaign Plans.
• Support any other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Job Description:

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing , Business Administration, or a related field
• Like to deal with numbers
• Ability to communicate clearly (verbal & written)
• Sensitive & ability to stick to timelines /schedules in consistent manner
• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and other local marketplaces is a plus.
