Job summary

ADA is seeking a motivated Marketing & Events intern to support planning and execution of practice-specific events, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and assist with post-event reporting. The role offers exposure to marketing operations, event asset development, and cross-functional collaboration within a global Data & AI company.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a relevant degree (Marketing, Communications, Business).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with good written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Execution Support: assist in planning and executing practice-specific events from planning to post-event reporting.
• Marketing Coordination: help execute marketing plans and contribute to promotional materials and assets.
• Administrative & Reporting Support: draft and raise POs/BCs, data entry, filing, and approval workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: liaise with design, finance, and practice teams for smooth execution.
• Learn the dynamics of internal collaboration and project alignment across departments.

Requirement:

• Event Planning & Execution Support
• Assist in organizing and executing practice-specific events from planning to post-event reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for event logistics, materials, and branding requirements.
• Support on-ground event management including setup, registration, and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain and update event trackers and ensure timely communication across teams.
• Marketing Coordination
• Help execute marketing plans tailored to specific practices, working closely with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of promotional materials and event assets.
• Research industry trends and best practices to support event ideas.
• Administrative & Reporting Support
• Draft and raise Purchase Orders (POs) and Business Cases (BCs) for events and marketing-related purchases.
• Assist with data entry, document filing, and coordination of approval workflows.
• Support in compiling reports, post-event feedback, and performance summaries.
• Maintain accurate records in trackers and folders for all event-related materials.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Liaise with design, finance, and practice teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Participate in regular team check-ins, brainstorms, and project planning sessions.
• Learn the dynamics of internal collaboration and project alignment across departments.

Skillset:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Interest in marketing, events, and business strategy.
